Check possible reasons that lead to F keys lock (pressing Fn key several times, holding Fn for some time), be sure you try everything, in a systematic way. Thank you both. Im slow at replies sometimes. This key is usually used to enter the Windows Startup menu or the Advanced Boot Options.

You can not press F8 until it detects that you have reached the end... ( I think???).
