I copied the driver from another system and that resovled my whole problem. I removed the NIC from the system (software.) Then I opened the case intending to remove the card, but I saw that it is on the motherboard. I've tried everything to get this computer I'm working on back online. However, your Ipconfig shows that IP routing is also enabled.
It worked fine before and that started getting this a couple of weeks ago.
