Try this: I have a Sony computer with XP and a Sony camera. it makes their product useless becuase i am afraid to use them and remove more good keys. Let us know if it worked. I've had a look at it but, while it sees and correctly identifies my cameras, there still appears to be no way I can get Win XP to allocate a drive My system is Windows XP Professional. What I find strange is that, if I go to Control Panel >> Scanners and Cameras, the camera appears here when I connect it - yet it does not appear in navigate here I then edited the registery, selected File, Import-then loaded the file. When I try to manually run the scanner and camera wizard, it tells me it cannot recognize the scanner or camera. Along with not being compatitble with anything it is also very difficult to figure out.
