I can't get my new Toshiba lap-top (cheap exchange) with Vista to allow me access over our wireless net. You might have to do it twice but it should give you the desktop back, long enough to save your data. As a computer repair professional, I do not want to help a person break in to a computer that they do not actually own. I don't think we have on on our computer and I'm stumped on how to change it.

It will have had nothing to do with installing your camera software, except that it forced a reboot and this file was missing.
