If you haven't set up a BW3 config, it may be just loading an empty config. any help would be much appreciated. The normal clicks and scroll wheels works but I can't seem to assign any other keys to the mouse. I have tried the fix found here, but it has not worked.

If by "use" you mean utilize macros to bind several actions in sequence, that's a bit different and might not work - and automating processes through the use of macros could I really hope what I'm trying to achieve is possible with just the WoW API in 7.0.
