If your TV has an eco/energy saving mode, turn that feature off in your TV’s video settings. Bought new cord and it still won't work. For sound you need the white and yellow cables plugged in to. Make sure the A/V or HDMI cable is firmly plugged in to the correct ports on your console and your TV or monitor.
